Salesforce Developer About the Role We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team as the primary hands-on developer and technical owner for a key business value stream. This is a high-impact role for a Salesforce detail oriented who thrives on ownership, enjoys solving complex integration challenges, and is comfortable leading technical delivery in a fast-paced, agile environment. The organization relies heavily on Salesforce for faculty-facing systems with deep integrations into other core business systems, making integration expertise and end-to-end systems thinking essential to success in this role. What You'll Do Take ownership of existing applications and active project workstreams Serve as the primary hands-on developer and technical owner within your assigned area Own a specific business value stream and drive its ongoing development and support Lead and support offshore development resources Conduct code reviews and help uphold development best practices Participate in and help manage bi-weekly production deployments Provide ongoing production support, troubleshooting integration failures and data flow issues across systems Balance a workload of approximately 80% new development and 20% production support Think beyond the Salesforce ecosystem to understand and resolve end-to-end integration issues
